We know things get harder as you get older, which is why we offer multiple options to help get you to your peak performance and getting more out of life.
These classes are designed and run by a physiotherapist specifically for older people wishing to improve or maintain their leg strength, balance, and posture. The equipment is set up as a circuit incorporating resistance bands, dumbbells, step box, balance board and foam roller and the exercises can be tailored to suit the individual's needs.
Tuesdays & Thursdays
8.15 - 9am
You may prefer to do a private session with our physiotherapist in your home.
Following an assessment we will devise a suitable exercise program which you can then complete without leaving the house. The program will be on paper or as video clips with clear & precise instructions.
You will then have no excuse to not do your exercises regularly!
